Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. The limits are lower, but the core features work indefinitely.
Can I cancel my Pro plan at any time?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my data when I downgrade?
Your data is preserved for 30 days after downgrading. After that, it may be subject to the Free plan's daily reset.
Do you offer a trial for Pro?
Every account starts on the Free plan which gives you a feel for all core features. Contact us if you need an extended Pro trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
